Returns will be accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order.

• The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, together with a copy of your original receipt.
• We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error
• If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount
• Before shipping back your items, please send us an email at tls_enterprise@yahoo.com, do let us know which item you are returning.
• Item returned without notification will not be accepted
• Our return policy does not apply to goods ordered to your specifications, e.g custom-made size, all uniform/cap/beret/vest/jacket with logo and products damaged after leaving the warehouse
• You may exchange the returned item with same price/value item or keep as a credit for next purchase
• No returns will be accepted after 10 days
